The SuiteMed Integrated Voice Reminder services are integrated with the SuiteMed IMS Practice Management appointment scheduler, automatically calling patients to confirm their appointments. By minimizing no-shows, SuiteMed’s IVR will increase your practice’s revenue and improve your office efficiency in no time.

You can select from a variety of standard messages or create your own custom message, or if you would prefer the option of a live-person appointment reminder/scheduling service SuiteMed can provide that service as well. We’re here to support our customers in anyway necessary to streamline their practice with cost effective technology.

When SuiteMed IVR is finished dialing, you'll receive a printed report of who it reached and who it did not. The report will give you all the pertinent information regarding the call to assure you that the message was received by the right person. SuiteMed IVR will reduce your liability by ensuring that all patients receive their regulation-required reminders as far in advance as necessary.

Activating SuiteMed IVR is as easy as clicking a button

Just change the IVR Status in the SuiteMed IMS Patice Management Appointment Scheduler to 'Yes' and the rest is done automatically.

The service can be activated with either of the following two options:

Option 1: Automated, computer-generated calls.
Automatically scheduled appointments are transferred to SuiteMed’s server which then places all selected calls.

Patients press "1" to Confirm or "2" to Cancel their appointments

Responses are automatically visible in the SuiteMed IMS PM Scheduler or on IVR reports notifying the front office staff of confirmations or cancellations

Your office chooses when and how often calls should take place

Option 2: SuiteMed’s ‘Live-Receptionist’ reminders.
Office schedules are automatically transferred to SuiteMed's server for live SuiteMed staff receptionists to make the personalized calls.

Responses are entered into the system by the SuiteMed Live Receptionist and are automatically visible in the SuiteMed IMS PM Scheduler or on IVR reports. The front-office staff are notified of all confirmations and cancellations based on patients' feedback.
